Congenital Strabismus | (kon-jen`I-tal strah-biz-mus) is a condition where a child`s eye turns either inwards, outwards, or upwards beyond their control. It can sometimes be known as a ’’crossed eye.’’ Treatment varies and may include placing a patch over the child`s stronger eye, eyeglasses, special exercises, or surgery. | Back to Listing |
